The Karcher Group (TKG) appoints Darla Brown as the agency’s Vice President of Digital Services.
“I am thrilled for the opportunity to help steer the Digital Services team at TKG. We have an immensely talented team and strong client partnerships, so we are privileged to do some amazing work together,” Brown said. “I am proud to have grown in my roles with TKG over the past 7 years and am excited to tackle this new opportunity.”
Brown is the first woman to become a Vice President in the company’s 23-year history. She joined TKG in 2013 and most recently served as Creative Director, where she worked to foster collaboration, establish improved processes and elevate TKG’s overall creative capabilities. In her new role she will oversee and support the larger Digital Services team, including the Creative, Marketing and Development teams. She will work closely with the agency’s leadership team to assist with personnel, budgeting and project management.
With that, Brown has also become the first female to join TKG’s executive team, a group of leaders that advises its President, Geoff Karcher.
“I’m excited to have Darla join our executive team. She’s been a great leader since the day she hit the door 7 years ago and has helped us navigate a lot of challenges in that time. I know she’ll continue leading our team and enabling them to take great care of each other and our clients,” said Karcher.
