Network Specialist

Tyler brings years of technology experience to TKG. Before joining, he worked in the carwash industry, supporting POS software, networking and hardware issues for customers. He enjoys a good technical challenge, continuously learning about new technologies and thinking outside the box to provide the best solution to any technical problem.

Where he gained his knowledge

Tyler’s interest in the IT world began in his teenage years when he started building his own computers and configuring his home network to host video game servers for he and his friends. While in high school, he enrolled at a vocational school where he earned many different IT certifications. Tyler worked in various technical roles performing hardware repairs on printers, computers and smart phones. He then transitioned to technical support in the car wash industry, where he gained extensive experience troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues.
