Junior Developer.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the development team with all aspects of website builds, including coding, testing and QA
- Write and maintain code, learn codebase and improve your coding skills
- Handle minor bug fixes
- Monitor site technical performance
- Respond and triage requests in the DevSupport inbox
- Conduct development tests
- Collaborate with development team to ensure greater team success, as well as liaise with the account team as needed
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Assist with development QA and testing
- Execute DevSupport tickets and communicate resolve
- Write basic code
- Handle basic template website builds
- Execute WP maintenance
SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
- Understanding of core tactics, including SEO, Digital Advertising, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Content Marketing and how Development supports them
- Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment
- Good working knowledge of basic programming languages
- Knowledge of basic coding languages including C++, HTML5, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of databases and operating systems, with basic programming understanding
- Self-manage time against workload and capacity
- Remain current as development trends evolve
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 1-2 years of successful results in development
