TKG Internship Program
The Karcher Group offers up to ten internships; five are paid placements and five are unpaid. We offer Web Development internships, Marketing interships, IT internships, and SEO internships. What are the Web Internship requirements?
TKG interns are required to accept a minimum 2 month commitment, have good personality and a willingness to learn. An intern with The Karcher Group needs to be familiar with the Web and have good computer skills.
Specifically for each area?
IT:
- PC Technician
- System Builder Data Entry
- Support (E-Mail Only)
Marketing:
- Marketing Research skills
- Copywriting for the web
- Assist in writing/editing press releases and news stories
- Proofing and editing
- Managing spreadsheets
SEO:
- Interest in SEO and Web marketing
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Familiarity with content management systems and/or Dreamweaver
Web Development:
- Interest in Web Standards-based HTML/CSS
- Interest in Web Accessibility
Web Design:
- Interest in Graphic Design
- Eye for aesthetics
- Familiarity w/Photoshop
